Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bingo Poker AI (the "Service"), a poker decision-training application operated by the Bingo Poker AI team ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service Is — and Is Not

The Service is an educational training tool. It lets you practice Texas Hold'em decisions against simulated AI opponents and reviews the quality of your decisions.

• The Service involves no real-money play of any kind.
• Training chips exist only within a single practice session and are reset when the session ends. They cannot be purchased, accumulated, transferred, or exchanged for anything of value.
• The Service is not a gambling service. We do not organize, host, or facilitate wagering between users, and we do not accept or pay out stakes.
• Outcomes in the Service are simulations. We make no representation that training results will translate to results in real-world games.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or via an account created through Google sign-in or an e-mail magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for what is removed).

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Prices, applicable taxes, and billing terms are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle (or, where applicable, Creem). We never see or store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation instructions are in our Refund Policy.
• If a required payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade the account after notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any form of gambling or wagering;
• resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract the Service's engine output, training data, or content;
• share paid accounts or circumvent access controls or usage limits;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure;
• use the Service if prohibited by your local law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its training engine, hand-explanation content, opponent models, and brand assets, is owned by the Bingo Poker AI team and protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal training while these Terms remain in effect. You retain ownership of any feedback you send us; if you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual licence to use it to improve the Service.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including plans and features) at any time. Material adverse changes to paid plans will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that training will improve your real-world results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted there.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, upon notice where practicable. Sections 6, 8, 9 survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. We will try to resolve disputes amicably first — contact us at support@bingge.ai.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is always at this page. Material changes will be announced (in-app or by e-mail) at least 14 days before taking effect for paid users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
