Refund Policy

Summary: 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of each plan. Cancel anytime — cancelling stops future charges immediately.

We want you to be satisfied with Bingo Poker AI. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund. It applies to subscriptions purchased through our checkout (operated by our merchant of record, Paddle, or where applicable Creem).

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase)

If your first purchase of a subscription plan does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge — no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer (to the first charge of each plan type).

2. Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled (see your Terms of Service). You can avoid a renewal charge by cancelling before the renewal date; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Renewal charges made within the last 7 days may be refunded at our discretion where the Service has been substantially unused since the charge.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial use of a period you already paid for, except where required by law.

3. How to Request a Refund

E-mail support@bingge.ai from your account address, or reply to your Paddle/Creem receipt; or use the refund link in the receipt e-mail.
Include the plan and the date of the charge.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Cancellations vs. Refunds

Cancelling stops all future charges immediately but does not by itself refund past charges — those follow Sections 1–2. You can cancel anytime from your account or by e-mailing us.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — e.g., repeated refund-and-repurchase cycles, account sharing, or breach of our Terms of Service leading to termination.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (including EU/UK distance-selling rights). Where Paddle or Creem, as merchant of record, is the seller of record for your purchase, their buyer terms apply alongside this policy and their own refund handling may apply to your payment.
